M\u1ed5 x\u1ebb c\u00e1c kh\u00e1i ni\u1ec7m c\u1ee7a c\u1ee5m t\u1eeb &#8220;v\u1ecf bao d\u00e2y th\u1ea7n kinh&#8221; nh\u01b0 sau:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u1ecf bao d\u00e2y th\u1ea7n kinh l\u00e0 <span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\"><strong><em>l\u1edbp myelin<\/em> <\/strong><\/span>v\u00e0 <em><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color\">m\u00f4 li\u00ean k\u1ebft<\/span><\/strong> bao quanh s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh<\/em>. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\"><em>L\u1edbp myelin<\/em><\/span><\/strong> bao quanh s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh do t\u1ebf b\u00e0o schwann t\u1ea1o ra \u1edf h\u1ec7 th\u1ea7n kinh ngo\u1ea1i bi\u00ean v\u00e0 do c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o oligodendrocyte t\u1ea1o ra (\u1edf h\u1ec7 th\u1ea7n kinh trung \u01b0\u01a1ng), <span class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><em>m\u00f4 li\u00ean k\u1ebft<\/em><\/strong><\/span> bao quanh s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 m\u00f4 n\u1ed9i th\u1ea7n kinh (endoneurium). Neurofibroma l\u00e0 s\u1ef1 t\u0103ng s\u1ea3n b\u1ea5t th\u01b0\u1eddng c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o schwann v\u00e0 c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o trong l\u1edbp m\u00f4 n\u1ed9i th\u1ea7n kinh. Schwannoma l\u00e0 s\u1ef1 t\u0103ng s\u1ea3n b\u1ea5t th\u01b0\u1eddng ch\u1ec9 c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o Schwann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e2y th\u1ea7n kinh l\u00e0 t\u1eadp h\u1ee3p c\u1ee7a nhi\u1ec1u b\u00f3 s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh. B\u00f3 s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh l\u00e0 t\u1eadp h\u1ee3p c\u1ee7a nhi\u1ec1u s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh, s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh l\u00e0 s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c c\u1ee7a t\u1ebf b\u00e0o th\u1ea7n kinh. Nhi\u1ec1u b\u00f3 s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c gom l\u1ea1i v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u1ecdc trong b\u1edfi m\u1ed9t bao n\u1eefa g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 V\u1ecf d\u00e2y th\u1ea7n kinh Epineurium, c\u00e1i d\u00e2y g\u1ed3m t\u1eadp h\u1ee3p nhi\u1ec1u b\u00f3 s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c n\u00e0y g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 d\u00e2y th\u1ea7n kinh. v\u00f9ng quanh c\u00e1c b\u00f3 s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 gian v\u1ecf (Interfascicular). \" width=\"648\" height=\"655\" \/><br \/><em>S\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c qu\u1ea5n quanh b\u1edfi bao myelin t\u1ea1o b\u1edfi t\u1ebf b\u00e0o Schwann. Xen k\u1ebd gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c n\u00e0y l\u00e0 m\u00f4 n\u1ed9i th\u1ea7n kinh <strong>Endoneurium<\/strong>, nhi\u1ec1u s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c t\u1eadp trung l\u1ea1i t\u1ea1o th\u00e0nh b\u00f3, b\u00f3 n\u00e0y s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u1ecdc trong bao ngo\u00e0i b\u00f3 s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh <strong>Perineurium<\/strong>. Nhi\u1ec1u b\u00f3 s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c gom l\u1ea1i v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u1ecdc trong b\u1edfi m\u1ed9t bao n\u1eefa g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 V\u1ecf d\u00e2y th\u1ea7n kinh <strong>Epineurium<\/strong>, c\u00e1i d\u00e2y g\u1ed3m t\u1eadp h\u1ee3p nhi\u1ec1u b\u00f3 s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c n\u00e0y g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 d\u00e2y th\u1ea7n kinh. v\u00f9ng quanh c\u00e1c b\u00f3 s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 gian v\u1ecf (<strong>Interfascicular<\/strong>).<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u1eeb c\u00e1c kh\u00e1i ni\u1ec7m tr\u00ean, quan \u0111i\u1ec3m c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n n\u00ean g\u1ecdi t\u00ean c\u00e1c u n\u00e0y b\u1eb1ng ti\u1ebfng Anh, d\u1ecbch sang ti\u1ebfng Vi\u1ec7t neurofibroma l\u00e0 u s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh v\u00e0 schwannoma l\u00e0 u bao th\u1ea7n kinh nh\u01b0 nhi\u1ec1u t\u00e0i li\u1ec7u v\u00e0 s\u00e1ch b\u00e1o l\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c. S\u1ef1 nh\u1ea7m l\u1eabn gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c kh\u00e1i ni\u1ec7m &#8220;neurofibroma v\u1edbi neurofibromatosis&#8221;, gi\u1eefa &#8220;schwannoma v\u00e0 schwannomatosis&#8221; c\u0169ng g\u00e2y nh\u1eefng hi\u1ec3u l\u1ea7m tai h\u1ea1i. Ph\u1ea7n sau \u0111\u00e2y s\u1ebd tr\u00ecnh b\u00e0y chi ti\u1ebft h\u01a1n v\u1ec1 nh\u1eefng kh\u00e1i ni\u1ec7m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ec1 c\u1eadp \u1edf tr\u00ean.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">M\u00f4 th\u1ea7n kinh (Nervous tissue):<\/strong><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>M\u00f4 th\u1ea7n kinh l\u00e0 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n ch\u00ednh c\u1ea5u t\u1ea1o n\u00ean h\u1ec7 th\u1ea7n kinh. M\u00f4 th\u1ea7n kinh g\u1ed3m 2 lo\u1ea1i t\u1ebf b\u00e0o l\u00e0 t\u1ebf b\u00e0o th\u1ea7n kinh (<em>neuron<\/em>) v\u00e0 c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o th\u1ea7n kinh \u0111\u1ec7m (<em>neuroglia<\/em>). M\u00f4 th\u1ea7n kinh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u00ecnh th\u00e0nh t\u1eeb ngo\u1ea1i b\u00ec ph\u00f4i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">T\u1ebf b\u00e0o th\u1ea7n kinh v\u00e0 S\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c:<\/strong><br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>T\u1ebf b\u00e0o th\u1ea7n kinh l\u00e0 t\u1ebf b\u00e0o d\u00e0i nh\u1ea5t trong c\u01a1 th\u1ec3, bi\u1ec7t h\u00f3a cao, kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ee9a trung th\u1ec3, m\u1ea5t kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ph\u00e2n chia nh\u01b0ng c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng t\u00e1i sinh ph\u1ea7n cu\u1ed1i s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c n\u1ebfu b\u1ecb t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng. M\u1ed9t t\u1ebf b\u00e0o th\u1ea7n kinh (Neuron) g\u1ed3m 3 ph\u1ea7n:<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>+ 1 th\u00e2n<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>+ 1 s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c d\u1eabn truy\u1ec1n ly t\u00e2m (axon)<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>+ Nhi\u1ec1u nh\u00e1nh gai (c\u00f2n g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 s\u1ee3i nh\u00e1nh) d\u1eabn truy\u1ec1n h\u01b0\u1edbng t\u00e2m<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nh\u00e1nh gai v\u00e0 s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c th\u1ef1c ch\u1ea5t l\u00e0 ph\u1ea7n k\u00e9o d\u00e0i ra c\u1ee7a th\u00e2n neuron. C\u00e1c s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c c\u00f2n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 c\u00e1c s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh. C\u00e1c s\u1ee3i th\u1ea7n kinh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chia th\u00e0nh 3 lo\u1ea1i &#8211; c\u00e1c s\u1ee3i delta A, c\u00e1c s\u1ee3i B v\u00e0 c\u00e1c s\u1ee3i C. C\u00e1c s\u1ee3i tr\u1ee5c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c myelin h\u00f3a c\u00f3 m\u00e0u tr\u1eafng, ch\u00fang t\u1ea1o n\u00ean ch\u1ea5t tr\u1eafng c\u1ee7a n\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Myelin c\u00f3 t\u00ednh c\u00e1ch \u0111i\u1ec7n. D\u01b0\u1edbi k\u00ednh hi\u1ec3n vi myelin trong gi\u1ed1ng nh\u01b0 m\u1ed9t chu\u1ed7i x\u00fac x\u00edch, gi\u1eefa 2 bao myelin l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t kho\u1ea3ng tr\u1ed1ng g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 n\u00fat (eo) Ranvier.
